Check-in:  Usually after  3:00 p.m. or by arrangement.

Check-out: by 11:00  a.m. unless otherwise agreed.

Deposit:  To guarantee your reservations, a deposit of one night's stay is required. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation policy: Deposits will be cheerfully refunded less a $20 processing fee for cancellations up to one week before arrival (two weeks for holidays or special events). Under one week, refunds will be given if the room is rebooked.

Additional charges:  Hawaii State Sales Tax of  4.17%  and Hawaii Transient Tax of 7.25% is added to room rate.
